RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

If you are not happy with the product(s) that you have received, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery, from your account orders page.

Once the item(s) are received back, they will be checked to ensure that they are unused and not soiled and in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you, we will issue a refund to the debit card/credit card/wallet/internet banking account used to make the payment.  If the purchase was made using COD (cash on delivery) will issue credits in your 6SPRINKLES wallet.

Once you request a return, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address. You will need to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pick-up. We will issue the credit for your return after it reaches our office and the products are verified. This process will take 4-7 working days from the date of raising the return request.

If you have received a defected or damaged product kindly raise a complaint we will send you a replacement for the same. Alternatively you can opt for 6SPRINKLES store credits or refund to your mode of payment. Cash on delivery orders will be refunded via 6SPRINKLES store credits only.

All Customised clothing & Accessories are non refundable.
