RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We do not provide any cancellations or returns except under the following circumstances:

a. Wrong Product delivery by 6sprinkles– wrong color/size/style than what was ordered;
b. Defective Product/manufacturing defect;
c. Damaged Product.

If you receive a Product that falls under any of the categories mentioned above, please share a picture of such wrong/damaged/defective Product within 3 days from the date of receipt of the parcel at hello@6sprinkles.com and upon perusal, we shall undertake to initiate the return of the Product and refund process.

The decision as to whether the Product is wrong/damaged/defective shall lie solely with 6sprinkles and such decision shall be a final decision.

If you are not available at the delivery location you shared with us while making the purchase, we will reverse-deliver the Product back to 6sprinkles and initiate a refund after deducting actual cost(s) of the Product ordered by you. Such cost shall be solely determined by 6sprinkles.

Where the delivery details (address, contact number) provided by you are either wrong or found to be incomplete rendering it difficult or impossible to deliver the parcel at the designated location, we will reverse-deliver the Product back to 6sprinkles and initiate a refund after deducting actual cost(s) of the Product ordered by you. Such cost shall be solely determined by 6sprinkles
